The MEC for Economic Development and Tourism, Ms. Makhosazane Masilela led a delegation of various departments, tour operators, municipalities and the hospitality industry from Mpumalanga to the 2025 Africa’s Travel Indaba trade show, held at the Inkosi Albert Luthuli International Convention Centre, in Durban. 

In a bid to strengthen support to small enterprises and impart valuable comprehensive economic development information, the MEC for Economic Development and Tourism, Ms. Makhosazane Masilela held successive enterprise development seminars and exhibitions sessions for MSMEs and Cooperatives in the Thaba Chweu and Bushbuckridge Local Municipalities, on 19 and 20 May 2025, respectively.
