MEC Vusi Shongwe has called on local people in Marapyane in the Dr JS Moroka Local Municipality to take advantage of the free Veterinary services rendered at the old Marapyane College, which has since been re-opened as a Farmer Training Centre. This after a state-of-the-art Veterinary Clinic became fully operational late in 2018.
Local pet owners in Marapyane and surrounding villages have already started taking advantage of the rare Vet service at their door step, bringing their best friends for check-ups, rabies vaccination and sterilization.
