As Christians around the world gather to observe and celebrate Easter, Premier Refilwe Mtshweni-Tsipane has extended her well wishes to the people of Mpumalanga during this holy period.
“May the renewal of life observed through the Easter period bring blessings of love, hope, peace and renewal as we gradually return to life as we knew it before the COVID-19 pandemic”, said the Premier.
“This is a period of extensive traveling and I urge the people of Mpumalanga to ensure that their vehicles are road worthy and that those tasked with driving do not do so under the influence of alcohol.”
“The COVID-19 pandemic remains the greatest risk to our health care system and life as we know it. May we all continue to observe the COVID-19 regulations and protocols and ensure that we constantly wear our masks, continue to extensively wash or sanitize our hands and practice social distancing.” said the Premier
