MEC for Co-operative Governance and Traditional Affairs in Mpumalanga, Mr Mandla Msibi will lead an entourage of officials of the Department in a project to build a house and paint a creche for the less priviledged at Pienaar, outside Mbombela. These activities are part of a long day Mandela Day function in response to a call to serve communities, as inspired by the first democratic State President of South Africa, Mr Nelson Mandela.
