Five people were killed on the N4 toll road between Machadodorp and Belfast when an articulated truck and sedan collided this afternoon. The deceased were all occupants in the sedan and they died at the scene.
The driver of the truck was unharmed.
It is not yet clear as to what led to this crash however the probe has already commenced.
