In an effort to enhance road safety and improve knowledge on road safety to young people, Mpumalanga Community Safety, Security and Liaison MEC Petrus Ngomane will lead the Provincial Road Safety Debate Competition finals in Ogies, Emalahleni Local Municipality this coming weekend.

The Schools pupils are nominated from grade 8 to grade 11 from various schools across the province. The competitions started early this year on schools level to Circuit then later to Regional level.
