The department of culture, sport and recreations continues to take libraries closer to communities.
This is done to ensure that communities have access to government services on their doorstep and on March 20 it will be the turn of Klarinet community to take ownership of a state-of-the-art library.
“The library will help the community to produce the next generation of leaders as it has the latest titles, Internet connection and computers,” says departmental spokesperson, Sibongile Nkosi.
