Mbombela – Mpumalanga MEC for Finance, Economic Development and Tourism, Mr Sikhumbuzo Eric Kholwane (MPL) will table the 2014/2015 Policy and Budget Speech of the Department of Economic Development and Tourism.
The speech will focus on the following:
- Provincial Economic performance;
- Assistance to SMME’s and co-operatives to access markets, finance and other business development;
- Assistance of municipalities to improve their local economies;
- Progress on the implementation of the Millennium Development Goals;
- Increasing the participation of the Historical Disadvantaged individuals in the tourism sector;
- Marketing Mpumalanga as an investment and tourism destination of choice.
