Mpumalanga MEC for Community Safety, Security and Liaison, Mr. Jackie Macie and the Acting Provincial Commissioner for SAPS in Mpumalanga, Major General (Dr) Zeph Mkhwanazi will address a parade comprising of various Law Enforcement Agencies within the province and address the media on the state of readiness ahead of the planned demonstrations scheduled for 30 June 2026.
The parade forms part of the operational plan to monitor and deal decisively with criminality and to ensure that there is law and order in the province prior, during and after the 30 June demonstrations.
The Provincial Launch will be followed by a massive multidisciplinary roadblock on the N4 highway.
