The Mpumalanga Provincial Government will on Monday, 15 June 2026, host the Provincial Youth Day Commemoration in Perdekop Stadium under the theme: "Our National Commitment to the Future, For Freedom Lives in Every Generation."
The Provincial Commemoration takes place on Monday to give credence to the national celebrations that will take place in Gauteng on Tuesday, 16 June 2026.

The celebration will also feature a vibrant entertainment programme with performances by Abafana bakaMgqumeni, Poet Sindy Myeni, DJ Mickie, Amavuma Traditional Group, Lintombi Zojama Traditional Group, Ludvondolo Traditional Group, Bobo and Toto.
