Mpumalanga Acting Premier Speed Mashilo will on Monday, 16 June 2025 join the provincial Youth Day commemoration in Nkomazi Municipality under the theme “Skills for the changing world – empowerment for meaningful economic participation”.
The Youth Day is observed annually to reflect and to honour the youth of 1976 Soweto Uprising for their courage and sacrifice in fiercely fighting against the apartheid regime.
The Acting Premier will deliver the keynote address where he is expected to detail various opportunities availed by the Provincial Government to support youth development, entrepreneurship, skills acquisition and employment.
