Mpumalanga Premier, Ms Refilwe Mtshweni-Tsipane will address a full sitting of the Mpumalanga Provincial Legislature to respond to issues raised during the State of the Province Address (SOPA). Members of the Provincial Legislature (MPLs) participated in a debate session on Tuesday based on the SOPA presented by Mtshweni-Tsipane last week. The debate focused on a broad range of issues such as health and educational facilities, basic services as well as socio-economic challenges.
