The Premier of Mpumalanga, Mr Mandla Ndlovu, will convene the Premier’s Coordinating Forum (PCF) on 24 July 2026, bringing together Members of the Executive Council (MECs) and Executive Mayors across all three spheres of government to align planning, strengthen coordination and assess progress on service delivery.
The Forum serves as a critical platform to evaluate government performance, identify challenges, and implement corrective measures to advance coordinated governance and improve service delivery across the province.
The PCF is a key intergovernmental structure established in line with Chapter 3 of the Constitution, which places a duty on national, provincial and local government to co-operate with one another in mutual trust and good faith. The Forum brings together the Premier, MECs and mayors to align provincial and municipal planning, monitor implementation of the District Development Model (DDM), and ensure that government programmes are delivered in an integrated and coordinated manner.
The Premier’s Coordinating Forum is arranged as follows:
Date: Friday, 24 July 2026
Venue: Gert Sibande District Municipality Council Chamber
Time: 09H00
Members of the media are invited to attend. To RSVP, please contact Ms Tlangelani Rikhotso (Office of the Premier) on 079 516 6991.
