Mpumalanga Premier, Mr Mandla Ndlovu officially opened the Destiny Exclusive Hotel and International Convention Centre in Middelburg today, a new landmark in luxury hospitality, business tourism and leisure for the province.

Speaking at the launch, Premier Ndlovu said the development is "a beacon of hope and opportunity for our people and for Mpumalanga," strengthening the province's tourism offering and positioning it as a destination of choice for visitors and investors alike.
The hotel is expected to create jobs, open opportunities for local SMMEs and suppliers, and increase economic activity across Middelburg and the wider Steve Tshwete Municipality.
By linking business tourism with leisure tourism, the development also connects Middelburg to nearby attractions such as the Kruger National Park and the Loskop Nature Reserve, encouraging visitors to experience more of what Mpumalanga has to offer.
Premier Ndlovu declared that "Mpumalanga is officially open for business."
